The Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) program is designed to deliver bar staff, and those serving alcohol, the knowledge and awareness to responsibly provide alcohol service within licensed venues.
Through our practical, efficient and engaging training, participants in the RSA program will learn facts about alcohol, the effects of alcohol and how to responsibly manage difficult customers or situations that may arise within a licensed venue.
Furthermore, employers and management can be confident that their trained employees are aware of the responsibilities and legal ramifications of when and how to serve alcohol responsibly.
