Possible job titles include:

The Diploma in Retail Management applies to individuals who hold or wish to hold higher management positions. Such individuals may be providing support to senior management or are responsible for the management of a retail store or wholesale outlet.

Throughout the duration of training in the Diploma of Retail Management, individuals will gain and develop the skills and knowledge required to successfully manage across a broad range of retail environments. The Diploma of Retail Management allows individuals opportunities for advancement in their retail career through practical, applicable workplace training.

Qualification Requirements

A total of 9 units must be completed:

  • 2 Core Units
  • 7 Elective Units

  • Analyse and communicate information
