The Certificate III in Hospitality provides an opportunity for new and seasoned hospitality employees to obtain the skills and knowledge in a variety of front of house roles.

This course is designed to reflect the role of hospitality employees who perform a range of activities and functions and may be multi skilled across more than one area of hospitality. Certificate III in Hospitality combines basic operational knowledge and practical skills in an engaging and relevant learning environment that focuses on desired outcomes such as excellent customer service and exceptional product knowledge.

Training is undertaken in-house and tailored to the needs of your establishment. This qualification is suitable for an Australian Apprenticeship pathway.

A total of 16 units must be achieved:

  • 8 Core Units
  • 8 Elective Units

  • Organise and prepare food

  • Clean and maintain kitchen premises
